The oceans of this incredible planet need protecting.

Overfishing, loss of habitat, pollution and the mounting threats posed by climate change are pushing our oceans to the brink of collapse. Global climate change is linked to rising seas and changing water temperatures - this could ultimately effect further climate changes and change life as we know it! Human impacts on ocean species such as sea turtles, marine mammals and fish species is the highest it has ever been. There are only a few global examples of management of special and distinct marine environments.

If we can support governments and private organizations in their efforts to manage our oceans and the issues they face, then we can make a difference.

Mish Morgenstern Photography's mission is to inspire us to look after our oceans through beautiful oceanic imagery. We donate a portion of our profits to ocean advocacy groups such as the Ocean Conservancy, MITA, Waterkeepers, Friends of Water and the Ocean Futures Society. We volunteer with various local organizations when taking photographs on site.
